What EU Inc could offer
The European Commission proposed EU Inc in March 2026. These are its main points. They can still change before they become law.
- One company, recognised in every EU country
- Registered online, in 48 hours for up to €100 with the EU's standard templates
- No minimum share capital
- At least one director who lives in the EU
When
Expected from 2028
EU governments and the European Parliament are still agreeing the details. Once it's law and the registers are ready, it's expected to apply from 2028. We'll email everyone on the list as soon as there's news.
