Do I need to visit the US?

No. You can form your US company from almost any country, without visiting. You need to be 18 or over to set up a company with Launchese.

What does it cost after the first year?

The registered agent, required by the state, renews every year from year two. Annual accounts are a separate yearly service. Both prices are shown on this page.

Can I receive mail at the US address?

The US address assigned to your company is for legal mail from the IRS only. Bank cards, Amazon codes and other mail can't be received there, so you'll need a separate US mail forwarding service.
