The Starter Plan is a comprehensive package designed to help entrepreneurs easily incorporate their private limited companies. This plan includes the formation of the company, a digital copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, and Share Certificate(s). The Companies House filing fee of £12.00 is also included in the plan.

In addition to these services, the Starter Plan also includes a consultation with WISE to help you set up a business bank account. The plan also includes access to a Smart Dashboard, as well as a free trial of Shopify, an e-commerce platform that helps you easily set up and manage an online store.
