The Pro Digital plan is a comprehensive package designed to help you set up and manage your private limited company in the UK. The Companies House filing fee of £12.00 is also included in the price of the plan.
In addition to the company formation services, the Pro Digital plan also includes a number of helpful resources for managing and growing your business.
You'll receive a consultation with WISE on setting up a business bank account, as well as a Smart Dashboard to help you keep track of your company's performance, you'll also get a free trial of Shopify. To help you stay connected, you'll receive a UK SIM card.
In addition to all of these features, the Pro Digital plan also includes 1 year of free mail services. With this service, you'll get a UK address to use for your business, allowing you to have your post delivered to a convenient location.
Finally, you'll get a business bank account consultation from TIDE, including a £50 cash bonus. The Pro Digital plan also includes the option to add additional shareholders.
We'll take care of getting your letters and packages, and will scan and email them to you so you can stay up to date on any important correspondence, this service is included for one year at no additional cost, making it easy for you to manage your business's mail without having to worry about physically being in the UK.
