Yes. The membership covers your registered office, service address and business address. You can put the business address on your website and invoices.
Is this the same as the address in my plan?
It's the address in Digital Pro Suite and ScaleUp, which include the first year and cover all your mail, including bank cards. ProLaunch includes a different London address, for official government and HMRC mail only. Launchpad has no address, but you can add this membership at any time.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can receive?
No. Incoming items are unlimited, with no fee per letter, large envelope, soft pack or small package.
When can I start using the address?
Once our identity checks are approved, as UK law requires.
How long do you store my mail?
Storage is free for 12 months. After that, you can forward or arrange pick‑up.
